The department of the church clerk is dedicated to ensure that the church's records are maintained and that the church's business is documented appropriately. The clerk duties are to work close with the pastor, church officers and church members. The core duties for this department are to report to the local conference and serves meticulously on the governing board of the church. It is the goal of this department to report on Board and Business meetings, church membership, church records, church directory, church bulletin and to administer to the clerical needs of church.
